Our under 16 boys started their league campaign on Sunday 3rd August with a home game against Errigal Ciaran. The game was played with great intensity throughout with some fine individual performances by Kieran Holland, Daniel Kerr and Mark Donnelly with Caoimhin Quinn and Darragh Traynor scoring the Galbally goals. Galbally lead the game throughout and were winning by a single point at the end of normal time but the referee played 6+ minutes injury time that resulted in Errigal Ciaran clawing back with a goal and 2 points to go on and win the game by 4 points deep into injury time on a scoreline of– Galbally 2.07 Erigal Ciaran 2.11.
