Youth Meeting
Thank you to everyone who attended our Child Protection Course on Tuesday 7th February. This was a very positive meeting and allows our coaches & parents to move forward onto the next stage of their Foundation Level Coaching. This takes place on Saturday 11th February from 9am to 2pm sharp in Galbally Community Centre. Anyone who was at the meeting and will be attending on Saturday can they please remember to complete the on-line application for Access Ni and return documentation as requested.
Senior Men
Hard luck to our senior men on loosing out to Glenullin in their 2nd game in the Ulster league. It was neck to neck until the last when Glenullin pulled away winning on a scoreline Glenullin 1-10 Galbally 0-08. Our Senior Men play Coleraine on Sunday 12th February in the 3rd round of the Ulster League at 12noon at the University of Coleraine Grounds.
Minor Boys
Training continues on Wednesday night at 7pm.
Minor Girls
Training continues Wednesday night at 7pm & Saturday at 10am. Please spread the word to anyone not on Facebook. All new faces welcome and anyone who may not have played in a while.
U14 Girls
Training continues Wednesday night at 7pm and Saturday at 11am. We welcome all girls from Primary 7 upwards including anyone born in 2003. Please spread the word to anyone not on Facebook. All new faces welcome and anyone who may not have played in a while.
Scór Sinsear
The first round of Scór Sinsear will be taking place in early February. If anyone wishes to participate can you please contact Mairead Hurson.
Club Lotto
No Jackpot Winner. This week’s numbers (Tuesday 7th February) were: 4, 16, 5 & 11. Our 5 lucky dip winners winning £20 each were: Robbie Corrigan, Kathleen McElduff, Fidelma Brannigan, Josie Quinn & Mollie Rose, Darragh & Micheal McCann. Next week’s jackpot returns to £2250. Next Draw takes place on Tuesday 14th February at 9pm. If you need a lotto seller to call to your home, contact any committee member or alternatively tickets can be purchased in Tally’s Mace or Donnelly’s Post Office. Lotto is an essential source of income for the club & your continued support is greatly appreciated.

Our Club Shop will be opened this Friday night from 7.30pm to 8.30pm.
Club Membership
We welcome back our existing members this year and would also encourage new members to come and be part of our club. Only paid up members for 2017 are eligible and insured to use club facilities and train/play for Galbally Pearses. It is important that anyone who intends to play football for our club is registered – if you are not registered you will not be able to play, apply for Gaeltacht Grant or participate in the Scor. Thank you for your continued support & we welcome you to be a part of our GAA community & club. We will be holding a registration evening in February – more details to follow.
