2019 Club AGM
Our Annual AGM 2019 took place on Sunday 19th January 2020. We would like to thank all those who attended. 2019 will be a year that will go down in history for the Galbally Pearses club, with the success of our Senior Men winning their Championship title and Senior & Reserve League titles alongside various youth teams also bringing silverware back to Pearse Park.
We would like to thank our 2019 committee for all their hard work and effort throughout the year, also to all our coaches/members who helped out in any way in the running of the club. We hope 2020 is just as good as 2019 was.

Celebration Banquet
Tickets are now available for our Celebration Banquet on Saturday 7th March 2020 which will be held in the Hillgrove hotel, Monaghan. Dress Code: Smart
Tickets are £50 each and are available by contacting Gareth Rafferty on 07958303840.
This is strictly an over 18 event, anyone under 18 must have their ticket purchased by their parent and they must be accompanied by their parent (not a relative or designated person) on the night of the banquet.
Galbally Pearses does not accept any responsibility for anyone under the age of 18. There will be no exceptions to this.
Last Man Standing
Keep an eye out for our Senior Men who will be out and about selling our Last Man Standing Forms. If you want to get a copy send us a message and we will arrange for your copy to be sent to you.
Club Lotto
Our Club Lotto is a valuable income for the weekly running of our club. If you are able to purchase a ticket or 2 each week this will help towards the weekly costs in our club.
Our lotto numbers this week were 4 – 12 – 1 – 11. There was no jackpot winner. Our 5 Lucky dip winners were: Michael Hurson, Kevin Hurson, Hurson Family, Conan Corrigan & Ciaran Murphy.
Our next Jackpot will be on Tuesday 28th January & will be £5,500.
Club Shop
Our club shop will be opened on Friday 31st January from 7.30pm – 8pm for anyone who needs sizes changed or for any more sales.
The shop will not be opened again until early February.
Thoughts & Prayers
The club would like to extend our deepest sympathies to the families of Gerard Quinn, Sheila Ross, Pat Currie, Gene Shortt, Vera McElroy, Susan Hurson, Mickey Hamill, Anita Corrigan, John Quinlivan, Annie Conlon & Pat Bell on their recent passing.
The club would like to extend our thoughts and prayers to any families in the area who are dealing with bereavement or illness in their family at this time.
