Senior Ladies
On Saturday afternoon in Pearse Park Damien Nugent (Sean Nugent Engineering) proudly presented our Club Chairman Sean Carberry, Senior Ladies Manager Tony McVeigh and our Senior Ladies representatives their new set of Jerseys as part of their renewed sponsorship.  We would like to take this opportunity to thank Nugent Engineering for their invaluable support for our Senior and Minor Ladies team.  Our Ladies began their league campaign on Sunday evening away to Cappagh (Killyclogher).  A great first half saw the girls finish ahead by 3 points but the strong wind and the experience of Senior football gave the Cappagh girls the advantage in the second half to finish the game  Cappagh 2-16 Galbally 0-10.  Next up is on Sunday 14th May away to Cookstown at 6.30pm.

Minor Boys
Our minor boys travelled to Moortown on Tuesday evening coming away with a great win after a great game of end to end football.  Final Score: Galbally 3-12 Moortown 2-10.  Next up is at home to Eglish on Tuesday 9th May at 7.30pm.

Club Lotto
No Jackpot Winner. This week’s numbers (Tuesday 2nd May) were: – 6, 10, 4 & 13.  Our 5 lucky dip winners winning £20 each were: Seamus McVeigh, Padraig Corrigan, Mary Donnelly, Barry Carberry & Niamh Mallon (Leitrim).  Next week’s jackpot returns to £2850.  Next Draw takes place on Tuesday 9th May at 9pm.  If you need a lotto seller to call to your home, contact any committee member or alternatively tickets can be purchased in Tally’s Mace or Donnelly’s Post Office.  Lotto is an essential source of income for the club & your continued support is greatly appreciated.

Thank You
Anyone who has been to Pearse Park recently will have noticed that we have a brand new scoreboard to enhance our fantastic facilities.  This fully electronic scoreboard has been generously sponsored by Palfinger (Seamus Kane & Luke Carberry).  Our old (not so old) scoreboard will be relocated to Pairc na Gael / Pairc na Hurson.

Field Signs
We are very privileged to have so many people & business that support our club by various means and this includes field signs located around our main pitch in Pearse Park.  For some people these are due for renewal and if you haven’t already got your space please contact any committee member to get one organised.

Congratulations & Good Luck
