Membership
We are holding a Membership Registration evening in our Club Shop on Friday 19th February from 7.30pm to 8.30pm.
For anyone who pays their Club an Phiarsaigh by Direct Debit on a continuing monthly basis- you don’t have to do anything – your membership is covered (for husband & wife – children are additional).
For anyone who pays their Club an Phiarsaigh by Cheque / Cash this is now due and can be paid to any committee member or call to the club shop on Friday 19th February between 7.30 & 8.30pm.
For anyone who is looking to join up to our Club an Phiarsaigh Scheme, please download and complete form that can be downloaded from our website (www.galballygac.com) and bring to club shop on Friday 19th February between 7.30 & 8.30pm and we will be able to go through the form with you (copies are also available in the Club Shop or from Club Treasurer Aisling McCrory).
For our Club Members (Playing & Non-Playing) membership can be paid in our Club shop this Friday 19th February between 7.30 & 8.30pm.  Anyone who intends to play for Piarsaigh An Ghallbhaile in 2016 MUST be a registered member of the club.  If you are not registered you will not be able to play, apply for Tyrone Tickets through our Club, apply for Gaeltacht Grants or participate in the Scor!

2016 Membership:

Adults:- £30

Husband & Wife :- £50

Student (18-21)/Over 65 years: £10

Youth (Under 18):- £5

Pearse Og’s
Our Pearse Og programme will continue on Thursday night from 7pm – 8pm sharp for our Primary 1 – Primary 3 children only.

Big Breakfast 2016
We will be holding our Annual St Patrick’s Day Mass in St John’s Chapel, Galbally followed by our Annual Big Breakfast morning in Galbally Community Centre with food, music & plenty of entertainment.  We are looking for people who would like to participate in our Mass and our Big Breakfast.  Please contact Mairead Hurson or any committee member to put your name forward.

Senior Ladies
Seniors Ladies will start training on 18th February.

Minor Boys
Congratulations to our Minor Men who won the Shield at the Ryan Tierney Memorial Tournament in Clogher on Sunday 14th February beating Gael Naomh Padraig 2-06 to 2-04 in the final.
Well done lads and their managers for the first outing of the year! Hope this is the first of many pieces of silverware for Piarsaigh An Ghallbhaile for 2016!
Training continues every Tuesday & Thursday night @ 7pm.
The first league game is this Saturday 20th February @ 3pm against Edendork in Edendork.  Further details will be given out at training.  All support welcome.

Minor Ladies
Training for our Minor ladies is on Monday nights at 7.15pm & Thursday at 8.15pm on 4G pitch.
The first league game is this Saturday travelling to play against Owen Roe O’Neills at 2pm.  All support welcome.  Further details will be given out at training.

Under 14 (Boys)
The first league game of 2016 is scheduled for Saturday 5th March so it is important that everyone is out at training.  Please take note in relation to membership.

Under 14 (Girls)
The season begins for our U14 girls on the weekend 5th /6th March with the Feile.  Training continues on Thursday 4th February from 7pm to 8pm and it is important that everyone is out.  Please take note in relation to membership.

Youth Team Managers
We thank everyone who volunteered throughout 2015 to help any of our many youth teams – without the help of our coaches and parents it would not be possible.  Plans are now being put in place to appoint various coaches and managers for next season.  Anyone who is interested either managing a team or helping out in any way for football, boys & girls, please contact Kevin Kelly (Youth Officer).

Level 1 Further Coaching
Anyone interested in completing Level 1 Further Coaching on 9th April for ladies to contact Sinead McCann or Eimear Tally (must have completed fundamentals course).

Club Lotto
This week’s numbers (Tuesday 16th February) were: 7 – 4 – 13 – 1.
Our 4 lucky dip winners were; Maura Loughran, Aidan Nugent, Dwayne Tierney, & Bernie Murphy winning £25 each.
Jackpot now stands at £3100.
If you need a lotto seller to call to your home, contact any committee member or tickets can be purchased in Tally’s Mace or Donnelly’s Post Office.
Lotto is an essential source of income for the club & your continued support is greatly appreciated.

Club Shop
The club shop will be open on Friday Nights from 7.30pm – 8.30pm.  Membership can be paid during this time.  Stock is limited until delivery in late February.

Sympathy Notices
The club would like to extend our deepest sympathies to the families of Peter Allen, Gene Stewart (Killeeshil), Ann Treanor (Augher), PJ Logan (Stewartstown), Patsy McGurk (Kildress) & Frank McKenna.  May they Rest in Peace.  Our thoughts and prayers are with any families in the area who are dealing with illness in their family at this time.
