Senior Men
Last Saturday seen the start of the All County League, where Galbally hosted neighbours Rock. Goals from Mickey and Declan Murphy proved to be decisive scores for Galbally. Rock led 0-5 to 0-1 at one stage in the first half but points from Colin Campbell and Damian McCrory and Mickeys goal seen Galbally go in at half time just one point down. A black card in the second half for Mc Creesh was big blow for Rock. Galbally took advantage with points from Sean and Declan Murphy and a late goal meant Galbally emerged victorious on a score line of 2-9 to 0-8. The Reserves having lead for the majority of the match they just fell short in the end as the match ended up a draw.
This Sunday both senior and reserves are AWAY to Edendork with a throw in ( Reserve) 4:30, (Senior) 6:00. Good luck to all the players & management. All Support Welcome.
