BIG BREAKFAST
The club would like to invite everyone to our Big Breakfast on St Patricks Day. The day will start with St Patricks Day mass in St Johns Chapel at 10am, followed by our BIG BREAKFAST in the community centre. Breakfast will start to be served from 10am. We have a great lineup of Musicians, Singers and Dancers to perform on the day. The McRory Cup Final will also be shown on the big screen as we cheer on our six club representatives. We hope to see you’s all there, which will be a great day for all the family.
Senior Men
Last Sunday Owen Roes failed to field against our seniors in the quarter final of the Ulster League, so the Senior got a BYE to Semi Final. This Thursday night @ 8pm in Pearse Park the seniors will play Liatroim in the Semi Final of the Ulster League. We wish them all the best.
Ladies
Galbally ladies programme ‘Gaelic4girls’ starts on Monday 23r March from 6.30-7.30pm for 8 weeks. Open to girls aged 8-12 yrs who are and, who are not registered with a ladies gaelic football team. It introduces girls to football in a fun enivronment. Participants get a G4G jersey and a certificate on completion. Cost for programme is £8. We are delighted to announce that we are starting our very own Gaelic 4 Mothers & Others Team in Galbally.
You do not have to have played Gaelic Football before to join our team. Ladies from areas outside Galbally are more than welcome to come along and join our team. We will be training once a week on a Wednesday evening starting in April. Please Contact Joanne Kelly or Michelle McCaul via facebook if interested.
Minors
Their will be no Minor Game this week. Last Saturday our u14’s played the first game of their season in the League, unfortunately Derrylaughan beat them. This Saturday at 11am they are at home to Coalisland. All Support welcome for the boys. Last Friday night seen our current Pearse Og Programme come to an end, we would like to thank all the coaches and parents for all your help over the four weeks. Without your help our Pearse Og’s wouldn’t be as successful as it is, Many Thanks!
Under 14 girls took part in the Tyrone Feile on Monday night they played brilliant and represented our club proudly, unfortunately they were unlucky not to qualify.
Membership
Club Membership can now be paid on Friday nights in the community centre 7:30-8:30. You can now download membership forms from the clubs website.
McRory Cup
The club would like to wish the best of luck to Daniel Kerr, Colin Campbell, Liam Rafferty, Patrick Quinn, Mark Quinn, Enda Mcaleer and the rest of the St Patricks Academy on Tuesday in the McRory Cup final.
Club Lotto
Connect Four Lotto Numbers this week were 7, 3, 5, 15. The Jackpot now stands at £5150. Lucky Dip Winners were Des Mullan, Larry Mullan, Kristen Quinn, Maureen McKeown. Next draw will place on Monday the 16th of March.
