Mary’s Meals
We are calling on the generous nature of all our club members to think of others less fortunate during this Christmas period.  Mary’s Meals is a charitable project that aims to provide one meal every day in a place of education for the world’s poorest children.  Each of them, enabled by that daily meal, is helping to make this world better in their own unique way and is empowered to become the person they were meant to be.  Many of the children do not have the equipment or clothes or footwear to attend school. With your help we can change that by giving another family the stuff you no longer want.  This is not about purchasing or donating.  Items could include:-footwear, clothes, schoolbags, and stationery you no longer want or use eg old Club Tyrone Kits or Bags.  We as a member of the GAA family cherish our children and volunteer, coach, help out and assist our clubs in whatever way we can to make them the great family hubs and vibrant communities that they are today.  With your help we can now send our message of hope to other children across the world.  If you have any old jerseys, shorts or socks that are no longer required or old school uniforms for that matter that are taking up storage space at home, why not become involved in the scheme and clear the space.  With your help we will have organised a collection on Saturday 10th December between 10am & 12noon.  If you would like to find out more information on the work of Mary’s Meals click on the following link:-
